# What notifications will I receive?

You will receive an email notification for every customer activity on your products and bookings.

Some examples include:

- New Booking Request
- New Comment
- New Enquiry

Here's an example email for a new comment from a customer:

You will also receive alert notifications from our system if you need to take an action.

For example:

- If you have not accepted a booking request within 24 hours.
- If you have not replied to a new customer comment.
- If a trip has not reached the minimum group size.

Here's an example:

We'll also send you alerts when customers make any payment towards your trip, as well as pre-trip notifications with links to your [booking reports](https://help.muchbetteradventures.com/for-hosts/adventure-host-getting-started/where-can-i-see-my-bookings) in the run up to your departures.
